Living in Minnesota, where we have a limited number of comfortably warm days per year, you learn to truly savor each hour of the summer. There comes to a point in the winter months, when I forget how good summer is. Then, as May melts into June, I begin to spend more and more time outside and I’m reminded of just how much I love summertime.
